Only in one review: Power 400 W (12 V 33 A 400 W power supply).

LS-400W-24V: A very good supply, but the author advises against overloading it and recommends lowering its overcurrent threshold.

12 V 33 A 400 W power supply: Neatly built, but realistically suited to about 100 W continuous, not the claimed 400 W.

Figures were taken from the review text and checked against the quoted passages. Measurement conditions differ between reviews, so read the reviews yourself before buying. Prices at the time of review.
