You come across all sorts of things on the power supply market, but I hadn’t seen power supplies in this form factor before. I’m not saying it’s a good design; it’s just out there, so I had to take one apart and test it.

I received another batch of various power supplies for testing, and among them were some unusual ones in round cases, so I decided to start with those :)

Not long ago, I reviewed an entire series of LS power supplies. They differed slightly in their circuitry and specifications, and some of them were high-power models. It turned out that I’d forgotten to test one model, which was a shame, because it proved to be very good indeed. So here I am filling that gap.
