Only in one review: Ripple 400 mV (LS-400W-12V); No load 1.2 W (48 V, 8.3 A, 400 W (standard model)).

48 V, 8.3 A, 400 W (standard model): A well-made supply with good test results, but the author considers about 250 W its realistic continuous power.

LS-400W-12V: The 400 W model delivered 410 W, but ran hot above 32 A and its protection threshold was incorrectly set.

Figures were taken from the review text and checked against the quoted passages. Measurement conditions differ between reviews, so read the reviews yourself before buying. Prices at the time of review.
