Only in one review: Voltage 12 V (QS-48-12); No load 0.55 W (QS-48-12).

QS-48-12: It falls short of 48 W: the transformer overheats, and the author considers it closer to a 36 W model.

HCA-48: Safety, voltage drop and overheating are concerns; the author estimates its practical power at about 36 W.

Figures were taken from the review text and checked against the quoted passages. Measurement conditions differ between reviews, so read the reviews yourself before buying. Prices at the time of review.
