HCF-60L or LS-60W-24V

Two models side by side: measurements taken by the author in their reviews, and their conclusions. The better value in each row is highlighted.

In brief: Based on review measurements: Test current: HCF-60L (5.6 A vs. 3.4); Ripple: LS-60W-24V (120 mV vs. 400); Temperature rise: LS-60W-24V (72 °C vs. 105).

Only in one review: Voltage 24 V (LS-60W-24V); Under load 23.77 V (LS-60W-24V); Efficiency 83.5 % (HCF-60L); No load 0.3 W (HCF-60L).

HCF-60L: It generates substantial interference and sustains no more than 45–50 W; the author advises against it.

LS-60W-24V: An excellent supply with low ripple, aside from a puzzling low-frequency component; it handles overload well.
