Only in one review: Efficiency 87 % (48 V, 2.1 A, 100 W (track)); No load 0.2 W (48 V, 2.1 A, 100 W (track)).

HCF-100-12: Ripple is 30 mV, but the transformer heats noticeably at rated load.

48 V, 2.1 A, 100 W (track): A compact supply with honest output and low heating, but its protection trip current is much too high.

Figures were taken from the review text and checked against the quoted passages. Measurement conditions differ between reviews, so read the reviews yourself before buying. Prices at the time of review.
