Only in one review: Voltage 12 V (QS-60-12); No load 0.5 W (QS-60-12).

QS-60-12: Relatively decent, but the author puts its real capacity at no more than 60 W, possibly around 50 W.

HCA-60: Ripple and safety are concerns, but it is usable at reduced load; the author estimates practical power at about 50 W.
