Only in one review: Protection 11 A (12 V 33 A 400 W power supply).

MN-400-12: Well-built with low ripple, but in practice it is rated for only 200–250 W, not 400 W.

12 V 33 A 400 W power supply: Neatly built, but delivers about 100 W continuously rather than the claimed 400 W, and the transformer runs hot.

Figures were taken from the review text and checked against the quoted passages. Measurement conditions differ between reviews, so read the reviews yourself before buying. Prices at the time of review.
