Multifunctional voltage relay RN-263t from Novatek-Electro

After reviewing two phase-selection relays, I managed to arrange for a couple of interesting devices to be provided for review. One is aimed at the "household" market, while the other is more geared toward small businesses. Today I'm reviewing the first one, the RN-263T voltage relay.
