Not long ago, I reviewed a thermally conductive adhesive for attaching all sorts of heatsinks to all sorts of electronic components, and one of my readers asked me to test a few more similar compounds. So today I’m reviewing—or, more precisely, testing—three types of adhesive and one thermal paste. And at the end of the review, there’ll be a table and a graph bringing together all the thermally conductive (and not so conductive) compounds and materials I’ve tested.
