Vapcell batteries, sizes 16340, 18650 and 21700

In the spring, I published two reviews of Vapcell batteries, both conventional lithium-ion and LiFePO4. Now I’ve got another batch of cells with this company’s logo. To avoid overwhelming readers with too many reviews, I split the batteries into several groups. Today I’m reviewing the first group.
