It all started when I ordered a couple of CL24 loads a while back. They sat around for a while, and I thought, why not build a couple of complete devices around them? So I thought about it, thought about it some more, and did it.

At the end of last year, I wrote about a 2,400 W electronic load. At the time, it was essentially a pilot unit ordered by one of my customers. After the New Year, I ordered several enclosures designed specifically for this version and decided to take it beyond the prototype stage—even if not into full production, at least to the next level.
