Not long ago, my fellow reviewer Ksiman reviewed a similar set. As it happened, I ordered a set from the same series at almost the same time. It took me a while to get around to writing a review, but here it is at last.
If you're interested, read on.

I often have to make things myself, and a small homemade rotary tool comes in handy for that. I usually buy consumables at the market, mostly drill bits, and sometimes grinding wheels and discs. I wanted to try expanding my collection of consumables, and test whether these are worth buying at all.
Since the set is relatively expensive, I decided to review it and share my impressions with its target audience.

So I ordered it, received it, and started looking it over, wondering what to write about it. Somehow, describing different devices is easier than reviewing a set like this. As usual, I'll start with what it looks like.

Everything inside was just tossed together. The box itself had been taped shut so it wouldn't open during shipping.

Some of the contents were packed in separate bags, while the rest were loose.

As in the previous review, the box is meant for storing food. It's handy and closes tightly, so at least there's something nice about it :)

The store offered four versions of this set: for wood, stone, metal, and a universal one. I chose the metal set.
Here's the whole set.
It should contain 68 items.
Let's count:
1 diamond-coated disc
1 toothed disc with a shaft
5 vulcanite discs
5 grinding discs
20 small sanding discs
1 shaft for the small discs
10 large sanding discs
1 shaft for the large discs
10 sanding attachments of various shapes with shafts
6 felt attachments of various shapes with shafts
10 thin abrasive-coated attachments
2 metal brushes of different sizes
2 shafts for mounting vulcanite or diamond discs.
1 collet
1 small jar of some substance that looks like GOI polishing paste, at least in color.

For some reason, I counted 70 items, not including the shafts and paste.
So at least they included no fewer than advertised :)

Next, I'll describe what arrived in more detail.

While writing this review, I tried out a little of everything that arrived. The grinding stones caused no particular problems, and I liked the small grinding wheels.
But I’ll say a bit more about a few things.

I couldn’t use the large cutter properly; the speed and power just aren’t there.
A new rotary tool, much more powerful than my old one, is on its way. I’ll test it with that and report back.
What I really didn’t like, though, is that the arbor is too long. There’s already some runout, and the extra length makes it worse. It also puts more load on the front bearing and increases the chance of the arbor breaking (though the risk is small).

For my work, I currently use somewhat different discs. I don’t try to cut metal with them, though—they aren’t designed for that. They’re only 0.2 mm thick.
The way these discs are mounted is worth mentioning separately. You can see a special mandrel in the photo that the discs fit onto, with a matching socket on the shaft. The advantage of this setup is that you don’t have to worry about runout.
In my opinion, this is the best way to mount them.

I also tried the cutting discs. They do cut, but very roughly. Because of the wobble, the cut is rough and wide, so you have to remove more metal and the cutting speed drops.
For a more proper test, I'm waiting for a more powerful, higher-speed rotary tool.

I rarely use discs like these, mainly because they wear out quickly.
But I used to buy smaller, thinner discs at the market, 17 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm thick.
Their manufacturing quality is noticeably better. I've run out of them now, and only have one broken disc left. I don't know where to find more.

I didn't get as far as testing the diamond disc: the wobble was severe, even though the motor had plenty of power. Very disappointing.

I often use discs like these in my work, but again, smaller and thinner ones.
The disc on the left is 0.25 mm thick (coated on one side only); the one on the right is 0.5 mm thick.
You can see in the photo that the mounting hole in the new disc is slightly larger in diameter than in the old ones.

That hole proved to be a nasty surprise and was the last straw in shaping my opinion of this set.
With a mounting hole like this and an axle like this, there's simply no way to install it properly.
Well, theoretically it's possible, but in practice, probably not.
There was also some lateral wobble, so I couldn't even test it properly.

So, to sum up.
Pros.
Unusual, but in its own way convenient packaging.
Decent abrasive discs.
A wide variety of attachment sizes and shapes for different kinds of work.

Cons.
The cutting discs are rather crudely made.
Some attachments wobble.
The diamond disc will probably be unusable, since the mounting screw is noticeably smaller than the hole in the disc.
High price.

My opinion: despite the wide variety of attachment shapes and sizes, this set will be difficult to use. The main problem is poor centering. And you can forget about properly installing the diamond disc: even if you manage to center it, it'll stay that way only until the first decent load. All they had to do was make the hole smaller in diameter.
I also think some attachments could easily be removed from the set and replaced with more of other types. For example, you don't really need 10 abrasive attachments in two shapes and five sizes. They could have included more diamond discs instead.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying this set. My opinion is exactly the same as my colleague Ksiman's. Sadly, it didn't turn out to be a miracle; I was hoping for a better result. Or maybe I'm just being picky and this is how it's supposed to be?..

I hope my review is useful and helps you make the right choice.
I may have used the wrong names for some things. If you noticed any, let me know and I'll correct them in the review.
